Local blogger comments on the business of pop up and vacant spaces…

Kim Williams (no relation to Scott Williams, The Pop Up Guy…) recently discussed the successes – and challenges – of Active Spaces in Darebin… how they’ve achieved long-term leases for shops which were otherwise vacant, and continue to see positive results for local businesses and property owners.

And I get a mention too… quoted on the positive changes we see in the attitude of landlords and their commercial agents, how some owners are now considering the “win win” potential of pop up !
