A pop up restaurant event by the Korean Chef Association

 

With a six-tasting menu, in five-directional colours…

In just two weeks time the Australia Korean Chef Association will be hosting another of their pop up restaurant events – this time featuring 6 courses in 5 colours ! The aim of the AKCA is to “globalize Korean food by applying newly developed cuisine skills to Korean traditional cooking techniques”… I’m sure they’ll be keen to impress with their pop up menu !

The tastings on 10th August read like a full palette of colours (and flavours) :

Starting with amuse bouche… Green – beef brisket, White – mushroom themes, Yellow – pancakes, Red – seafood themes, Black – Wagyu beef cheeks…And then dessert (phew !)

There’ll be a limited number of guests and bookings are essential. $60 per person (plus wines or BYO)
