Busy (pop up) foot traffic opposite the Queen Vic Market

A blank canvas for a CBD pop up space.

This pop up opportunity is right opposite the iconic Queen Victoria Market, almost on the corner of Elizabeth and Victoria Streets in Melbourne’s CBD (with foot traffic of around 285,000 per month)

The space of 70sq.mtrs – with polished concrete floors and dimmable lighting – is located within a cool city pub. The pop up area has its own access from the street, and can run independently of hotel activities. Local event promotion opportunities are via external A-frame and blackboard signage – and pamphlet hand-outs around the QV Market !

Being inside a pub can have great advantages… not just to the facilities of a fully licensed venue (for F&B), but also decent toilets onsite, access to their in-house promotions and social media … and a steady clientele of lively customers (open ‘til 11pm, 7 days a week)

This “fairly blank” space allows for some creative fitout solutions… “funky and original concepts” will be encouraged !

    Hi Simon,
I am wondering whether it is possible to hold an art exhibition in this space….. are the billiard tables permanent?
    Cheers Heather
