Who can host a series of (short and sweet) pop ups ?

This creative foodie is seeking a busy location to tempt taste buds !

One of the pop up people we’ve supported describes herself as a chocolatier… a maker of fine chocolates. Throughout the year, “Chief Chocolatier” of Chocolate Chilli Mango, Viviane Buzzi is always working hard on her unique and hand-made creations … selling chocolates by order and popping up at various Farmers and Gourmet Markets around Melbourne. To make it more interesting (and tempting…), the Chocolate Chilli Mango range and flavours change from season to season, based on availability of the fresh and local ingredients.

But last week she approached us with a request for help, looking for new places to pop up. Viviane says it’s tough finding suitable spaces…

“While the markets are great, I am really seeking a weekday pop up space that I can use one day per week (even once per fortnight if that is the only option) in either a retail space, corporate foyer or similar.

I have found it rather challenging to find spaces that are affordable and with sufficient foot traffic or the right target market. The CBD would be fantastic, particularly if trading hours could include 10am – 3pm/4pm. Given my products are chocolates and baked goods, my preference is for indoor or undercover spaces…”

Does anyone know of a suitable pop up space ? Viviane says any suggestions would be most appreciated !
